This one-day meeting aims to bring together for regional researchers in Dynamical systems. The core is work in ergodic theory, as applied to the dynamics of homogeneous spaces. This area has seen intense activity recently, around work of Lindenstrauss, Einsiedler, Margulis, Sarnak, Eskin and others. The day will consist of 3-4 lectures with ample time for interaction and networking between particpants.
