Summer School: 27th to 30th July, 2016
Workshop: 1st to 5th August, 2016
The summer school, will be followed by a Workshop and students are strongly encouraged to register for both events. The workshop and dinner are provided to summer school students at a reduced rate.
**If you choose not to register for the workshop and/or the dinner, you may still do so at a later date on the event webpage but you will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
Additional Information
Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided for particpants who have registered for the summer school and workshop. Particpants will be hosted at UBC Ponderosa Commons in private single rooms. You will be required to make your accommodation booking and pay for your nights on your own.
The organizers will refund only the room costs based on whether you attend the summer school (5 nights) or both the summer school and workshop (11 nights).
