Approximate Enumeration of Polygons, Polymers and Link Diagrams
Speakers
Details
This training workshop is directed towards graduate students and others interested in learning more about approximate enumeration methods for studying polygons, polymers and link diagrams. A particular focus will be on developing improved sampling methods for studying statistical physics models of biopolymers. Participants will use Jupyter and Python to learn via hands-on tutorials about data visualization and approximate enumeration methods. There will also be a Knotplot tutorial. A training workshop organized by the PIMS CRG in Applied Combinatorics
