PIMS Announces the 2021 Cohort of Postdoctoral Fellows

We are pleased to announce the 2021 cohort of PIMS Postdoctoral Fellows. This year's selection was adjudicated by the PDF Panel: Amir Akbary (ULethbridge), Martin Argerami (URegina), Kristine Bauer (UCalgary), Terry Gannon (UAlberta), Karen Gunderson (UManitoba), Valerie King (Uvic), Mathav Murugan (UBC), Ebrahim Samei (USaskatchewan) and Weiran Sun (SFU).

The 2021 competition had more than the usual entries, with very strong candidates nominated for each of the PIMS member universities in Western Canada. In addition to the regular PDFs, the panel reviewed nominations for the PIMS-CNRS PDF and the Collaborative Research Group (CRG) PDF. The 2021 list is available online here [@TODO link].

Candidates in the Mathematical Sciences are required to be nominated by one or more researchers (or departments) at a Canadian PIMS University. The deadline for nominations is December 1st of each year. More details on the PDF application process is available here [@TODO link].
