Proclamation of Mathematics Awareness Week
Proclamation by the Government of British Columbia in recognition of Mathematical Sciences Awareness Week
The Government of British Columbia has proclaimed November 15-21, 2009 as the Mathematical Sciences Awareness Week. The proclamation emphasizes the important role played by PIMS and our partner organization MITACS in developing the mathematical sciences in British Columbia. We congratulate MITACS on occasion of their 10th anniversary and look forward to continuing our highly successful collaboration.
