The agreement between PIMS universities and the CNRS in France has been
renewed for a new period of four years. It extends the Unite Mixte
Internationale 3069 to include U of Regina and U of Saskatchewan as new
partners. Through this agreement several PIMS universities have hosted a
number of excellent mathematical scientists from France and Canadian
academics have had the opportunity to work in France.
