Students from Elementary, Middle and Secondary schools will participate. Judges include current and retired UVic Faculty and graduate students. PIMS has long been a sponsor of FAME. About eighty students (Gr. 3-12) will exhibit.

On Tuesday, May 3, 2016, a team from PIMS (UVic, UBC and UManitoba) will present Math Mania at Cedar Elementary School in Campbell River. They will be assisted by students from Carihi Secondary school in Campbell River.

Math Mania is a math education event which presents a variety of interactive demonstrations allowing students to learn math concepts in a fun and engaging way.
